Reservation/Cancellation Policy---
CHECK-IN time is 3 P.M.
CHECK-OUT time is 11 A.M.
All rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Lodging Taxes.
Refundable Reservation/Security-Damage deposit of $300 is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. Deposit is refundable after inspection of condo for damage to/or loss of items.
Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
We accept personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks. We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.

CANCELLATION POLICY---
We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:
For a deposit refund, less $100 fee, cancellation is required 90 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
